Shopping with BAKS could not be easier. You can browse the OnLine store by these main categories:- Menswear and Ladieswear and then select the clothing category sub-menu of your choice. Opening an Account: Whether you are ready to make that fashion purchase today or not, either way we strongly recommend you Register now, so you can simply login to your Personal Account on your next visit to BAKS.co.uk. Until you actually make a purchase, the only information required is your choice of username and email address. An exclusive password will be sent to you immediately, plus we will also keep you up to-date on new merchandise, special offers and competitions. Shopping Basket: You can move around the different Online store sections and add items to your Shopping Basket at any time. As you do so, your Shopping Basket contents are always displayed at the bottom of each current page you are viewing. Adding items to the Shopping Basket does not commit you to purchase. Only after you decide that these are the items you want to buy, do you then move to the Checkout and complete the purchase. Checkout: After you finish adding items to your Shopping Basket and reviewed the contents you can go to the Checkout. You can still remove items from the Shopping Basket and add additional quantities to the items already selected. It is in the Checkout area where we will ask you to provide your full name, delivery address and payment details. If you have already pre-registered with us, opened an Account or purchased before, most of your details will populate the forms automatically. Payment Methods: Once you have selected your favourite items from our Online Store and added these to your Shopping Basket, enter the Checkout and pay by Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Switch. If you do not have a credit or bank card or simply prefer to order by post, there is also a facility to print your order and pay by personal cheque or money order through the mail. Billing And Confirmation: Buying merchandise over the Internet and particularly for the first time, can be quite a daunting experience. Your Credit or Debit Card has NOT been automatically charged for this Order. First we check to ensure the goods are in stock and available for dispatch. When your Order is ready for dispatch, ONLY then do we charge your pre-authorised Card. Should there be a problem with fulfilling your Order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Normally, your goods will be sent for dispatch within 72 hours following the date of Order. For further guidance, we normally ship Orders on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.
