Refund policy
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us online. Occasionally, however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy for online orders applies to all our products except for special items and gift cards.
Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resaleable condition, i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant marks or odours will not be accepted for return.
- Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must return the items to us within 14 days of the cancellation.
We regret that items received after this time will be refused and returned to you.
- You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost.
We recommend you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Once processed, we will notify you by email that your refund has been completed; this will be within 14 days of your return being received by us.
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and apply it to your account.
The above policies apply to mail-order purchases only and not to styles already tried on in-store or purchases made in person at our shop.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
